TODAY

ACORN WAS CLEARED (SORTA)
in New York. Only the Brooklyn DA may have had a conflict of interest. He was endorsed by the Working Families Party, which is -- SEIU.

WHERE HAVE THEY BEEN?
Count on it. When Democrats need a pressure group, NOW responds. Sexual harassment by Bill Clinton wasn't on the Democrat agenda, ergo not on the agenda of the Nags at NOW. Democrats in NY, however, are now desperate to get rid of Gov. David Patterson who is making entirely too much sense in his call for deep cuts in the budget and taking the fight to unions. The party would like Patterson to step aside to give some cover before the blind Governor actually connects with voters who might ask the same questions.

And then there's the fact that Atty. Gov. Andrew Cuomo can't begin his campaign until he concludes his investigation of Patterson. VOILA! The nags at NOW, conspicuously silent since Bill, reprise Indignation, the Political Tool, and demand his resignation.
