Libya has the Presidency of the United Nations General Assembly this year. Today, the Mad Hatter Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi called for a jihad against Switzerland.

It is is retaliation for the Swiss citizens, ignoring their legislators, voting to ban construction of minarets. (The referendum passed by 57.5% - 20 pts higher than opinion polls indicated.) But the irrational attacks are a part of a continuing feud with Switzerland after they dared arrest his nutcase son for domestic violence.

All this despite the fact that Scotland released the Lockerbie bomber in an apparent exchange for the wonderful oil deals Gordon Brown and Labour have made with the Mad Hatter. And, most recently, the Swiss surrender of two Swiss businessmen to Gaddafi after Libyan police surrounded the Swiss embassy in Tripoli.
