CALIFORNIA SLEAZE

Jeff Miller (R-Corona) has been removed from the California Assembly Ethics Committee.

He, in case you don't know, is the Assemblyman who sat next to Assemblyman Michael Duvall while the latter gave graphic testimony about sex with a lobbyist. Capitol Weekly reports that "Miller says little during the conversation, which is dominated by Duvall, although Miller can be heard chuckling several times."
