9th Circuit Reversed three times in one day

June 21, 2010 - The Whacky 9th Circuit Court of Appeals was reversed three times by the U.S. Supreme Court, with a partial defeat in another case. All in one day.

In 2008, the 9th Circuit was reversed in eight of the 10 cases reviewed.
