Fidel Castro holds the Guinness Book of Records title for the longest speech ever delivered at the United Nations: 4 hours and 29 minutes, on September 29, 1960. Not his longest speech by three hours.

Why, you might ask, do tinpot socialists love the sound of their own voices? The reason is without doubt because they don't have to convince anyone. The Socialist Leader's Will will be done.
