It's the Video of the Week up top. U.S. Rep. Phil Hare, the Democratic congressman from the 17th District(Illinois) got more than he bargained for when he met with consitutents.

What we as a nation need to do is alter drastically the job description" of a U.S. Congressman. What we need, among other things, is to make the job less attractive to the vultures who currently run for election to the legislature.
