Second thoughts?

Howard Fineman, the Leftist columnist at  the Leftist, Washington Post-owned Newsweek,  is panicking at the political cost of passing ObamaCare in   "The Numbers Don't Lie".   The numbers he refers to are the polls.   Rasmussen is easy for Fineman to dismiss.  But the Gallup poll seems to be giving him indigestion.
But that's where support, however ambivalent, ends. Americans think the law will harm the U.S. economy (44–34 percent), the overall quality of health care in the U.S. (55–29 percent), and the federal balance sheet (61–23 percent).
His final advice: "But he's dug himself a partisan hole with this big bill, and it'll be interesting to see him try to dig his way out."

No, columnists like Fineman and the rest of the liberal media egged the measure on and now worry that it may be the last thing they, the Democrat party, and Obama will accomplish.   It's all about them. And it's all a little too late.
