IDIOT PROSECUTION

Speaking of absurd prosecutors, in Louisville, KY, prosecutor Jon Heck was rebuffed by a jury that not only found coach David Jason Stinson not guilty of reckless homicide but not guilty of wanton endangerment.

The 15-year-old collapsed during a practice on August 20, 2008. He died three days later.

In the meantime, Heck supports a program, the Pretrial Services Monitored Conditional Release Program, to release felon defendants to save money.
