The headline should say: WHITE MEN GONE or WHITES FLEE. Because not only are whites leaving in numbers, but the 18-35 youngest staff are leaving. Editors might claim that it's due to seniority and union rules that mean retaining senior staff over younger employees, but the truth is, younger people don't see a future in newspapers.
