On Thursday, another "angry" crowd jeered at Arlen Specter.
The temperature in the packed room rose when John Phillips of North Apollo stood up and directed vein-popping outrage to Specter, standing a few feet away.Specter took 30 questions from previously chosen individuals.
"You have great income, power and prestige, and you are using that on the backs of the American people," Phillips said as the crowd erupted in cheers. "You are talking down to the American people if you think we are that stupid."
In Pineville, Lousiana, the pro-protesters were limited.
Munson, a 21-year-old student, [second from left in the photo seen partially hiding behind her sign] said she was dropped from her parents' health insurance when she turned 19, leaving her to try to pay for insurance while taking 21 hours of classes at Louisiana State University at Alexandria.------------
She never got to finish before she was drowned out by people shouting things such as "why don't you try working?" and "get a job." "
I'm very disappointed I was interrupted and disrupted when I was very respectful of those who chose to speak," Munson said. "I didn't think people would be disruptive and attack me. I'm a little upset about that.
"I'm an American citizen. I work. I go to college. I contribute to this area. I'm from this area. I thought I would at least be respected enough to ask my question."

The spelling is definitely not mine and was a futile attempt by someone to personalize this health care debate by attacking me (as if that makes the facts go away).

I'd highly encourage anyone else attempting to "quote" my work to utilize the SPELL CHECK when recognizing my political efforts in the future.
We all know yours isn't the party of "education", but copying and pasting can prevent these "errors" from occurring.
