Massachusetts Governor Popularity
Can you say the pits?

PULL QUOTE: "Considering the margin of error, his popularity could actually be zero."
Patrick’s latest bad news came in the form of a survey byMassInsight, in which a mere 1 percent of those questioned thought Patrick was dong an excellent job. You read that correctly. Considering the margin of error, his popularity could actually be zero.
So sayeth the Boston Globe who also uttered,
That he is more disliked than the Legislature is even more of a mystery. It’s hard to see how Patrick has performed worse than the Massachusetts House.
--------------
Does this mean the people from Massachusetts are RACISTS for disagreeing with their governor?

Oh, wait, you're only a racist when the media says you are when you disagree with them and you're a member of the other political party. Or if you criticize Governor Patrick when he screws up.

UPDATE: Who says that the descrimination game isn't lucrative?
WhoRuns government (a Washington Post site) has a bio of Patrick that includes, apparently without shame, his career after defending Affirmative Action in the Justice Department:
Patrick quit the Justice Department in November 1996, saying he wished to return to his family and the private sector.(12)But he was not back in Boston long before Texaco hired him to oversee the company’s employment practices after settling a $176 million discrimination lawsuit filed by black employees.

Patrick became Texaco’s general counsel before being hired away in 2001 to tackle a similar job at Coca-Cola, which had just settled a $193 million racial discrimination lawsuit filed by black employees.

Patrick served as Coke’s general counsel, making him the company’s highest-ranking African American executive. But he left the company three years later amid reports that his bosses didn’t like the way he was handling legal matters.
